Processing & Hand-Inspection At Eloahmor, quality is my priority. Every deck undergoes a personal hand-inspection to ensure you receive a product that meets my standards before it is prepared for shipment. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks from the date of your order for this production and quality-assurance process.

Standard Shipping: I am pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders via USPS.

Rush Shipping: If you require priority or expedited shipping, please contact me at info@eloahmor.com before completing your purchase. We will discuss available options, and any additional costs for expedited services will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipment Tracking & Notification I will personally notify you via email as soon as your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Carrier Delays: Eloahmor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier (USPS), weather events, or other circumstances outside of my direct control.

Risk of Loss: Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you, the customer.
