Processing & Hand-Inspection At Eloahmor, quality is my priority. Every deck undergoes a personal hand-inspection to ensure you receive a product that meets my standards before it is prepared for shipment. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks from the date of your order for this production and quality-assurance process.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping: I am pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders via USPS.

  • Rush Shipping: If you require priority or expedited shipping, please contact me at info@eloahmor.com before completing your purchase. We will discuss available options, and any additional costs for expedited services will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipment Tracking & Notification I will personally notify you via email as soon as your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Delivery Estimates & Liability

  • Estimates: All delivery timelines provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Carrier Delays: Eloahmor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier (USPS), weather events, or other circumstances outside of my direct control.

  • Risk of Loss: Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you, the customer.

Address Accuracy Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. If you need to update your shipping information, you must contact me at info@eloahmor.com prior to payment. If your address differs between your checkout information and your payment platform (e.g., PayPal), I will default to the address provided through the checkout process unless special instructions have been confirmed with me beforehand.
